@Teanah I'm not a woman, but: In person, I've had good results from dismissive looks. Arguing makes them defensive, but an eye-roll gives them time to process. Online, weigh who your audience is. Sometimes, you need to shout to the cheap seats and the original speaker doesn't matter.
