@ArrayOffice @enthusiamy It's a valid point. I use the word "arguably," here, because there are arguments to be made as to the intent and ultimate effect. An accusation of ethnic cleansing doesn't have that wiggle room, but it's not definitively genocide, since all legal definitions refer to intent.
