    @onthemedia @juliacarriew I feel like a lot gets lost in stories like this in not connecting ad-driven media with preferring content that angers or frightens users. We keep treating these incidents as aberrations, when it's just the "is your pillow...TRYING TO MURDER YOU? Film at eleven" idea at scale.
