@JasonMillerinDC @realDonaldTrump Yes, it IS "big, big, big news" for the President to decide he has the right to regulate interstate commerce in defiance of the Constitution to provide something already provided by an existing law, in a provision that his administration is fighting in court. Stupid, but big.
