@enthusiamy Weirdly, I think I met her during the bookstore rollouts! I would've been pre-teen at the time, so may be misremembering, but I clocked a LOT of hours at mall bookstores in suburban NY, remember a young woman encouraging my comic book questions, and she looks VERY familiar.
