@loisbeckett The core problem I see is the lack of a non-self-sabotaging funding model, since they all require not offending a thin-skinned group (subscriptions: readers, ads: readers/advertisers, funders: them) at some level instead of getting at the truth. And tech solutions are bogus, too.
