@prettydarke It's a bit more work in finding a server you like (similar to pre-everybody's-on-GMail e-mail) and the population is much smaller, but it's worth taking a look at the (ugh) "Fediverse" systems like Mastodons. Much less right-wing nonsense without the ads and profit motive.
