@onthemedia @MicahLoewinger @linguangst Two concerns in a great report: 1/ The linking of bad behavior to anonymity when plenty of creeps go by their real names and others need anonymity. 2/ Missing that many communities ban because it's a low-cost way to save users from seeing crap, not enforcing justice or punishing.
